Overview

Dr Matthew Critchlow & Michelle Smorfitt are facilitating a series of group sessions to support peer-to-peer learning for coaches, wellbeing professionals and RQi™ Resilience Practitioners. The sessions take place on the first Friday of every month.

This Community of Practice is free to join, we simply ask for your commitment to attend a minimum number of sessions.

What is it?

This is an opportunity to learn from, and connect with, other professionals in your field. Based on the principles of peer-to-peer learning and reflective practice, the Community of Practice (CoP) provides space to share and grow alongside others in the business of workplace resilience, wellbeing and performance.

Executive coaches; HR, L&D and wellbeing professionals, educators, and RQi Practitioners, Master Practitioners,
