Coaching is a key skill for any people manager. We offer two coaching courses: Core Skills sets the foundation for successful coaching. Advanced Coaching Skills introduces concepts such as Readiness for Change and the beliefs that facilitate change such as Self-Efficacy and Personal Control. In this course we demonstrate how to apply those principles to support clients in achieving their goals.
It is now widely quoted that “Leaders aren’t born, they are made." Managing people and leading a team requies application of knowledge and skills. On this course we introduce the core skills of a leader and describe how they can be applied to help build successful teams.
