Course Overview
There are four steps involved in the RQi™ Practitioner course as follows:
1. Distance Learning
This requires completion of two e-learning modules and your own RQi™ questionnaire at: www.myrqi.com. Time = 1 ½ hours.
2. Workshops
The group workshops take place over two consecutive days via video conference (Zoom). After these sessions you'll be able to (1) describe how the RQi was designed and tested (2) explain what high scores and low scores mean in behavioural terms, and (3) coach clients in making changes for greater resilience and wellbeing. There's also a half-day follow-up session to complete the practice coaching in pairs; the dates/times are flexible and chosen by delegates. Time = 2 days.
3. Practice Coaching
After the group workshops, participants are required to complete three practice coaching sessions (with family, friends and/or colleagues) in their own time. We can also allocate you practice coachees from within our network. Time = approx. ½ day
4. Online Assessment
This is a multiple-choice and scenarios-based assessment designed to test knowledge of the RQi™ and the client feedback process. The pass mark is 75%. Time = 30 min.
