2. Group workshops

The group workshops run over two consecutive days. After these sessions you'll be able to (1) describe how the RQi was designed and tested (2) explain what high scores and low scores mean in behavioural terms, and (3) coach clients in making changes for greater resilience and wellbeing. Depending on the number of delegates, there may also be a half-day follow-up session to complete the practice coaching in pairs; the dates/times are flexible and chosen by delegates. Time = 2 - 2½ days.

3. Practice Coaching

After the group workshops, participants are required to complete three practice coaching sessions (with family, friends and/or colleagues) in their own time. We can also allocate you practice coachees from within our network. Time = approx ½ day

4. Online Assessment

This is a multiple-choice and scenarios-based assessment designed to test knowledge of the RQi™ and the client feedback process. The pass mark is 75%. Time = 30 min.

Reviews

The facilitators had so much experience using the RQi with their clients, it was great to hear the insights. I was also intrigued to learn about some of the "watch outs" that come with very high scores on certain sub-scales. Thank you to the whole team.

The course was excellent. Fascinating insights into the elements of resilience and great practical skills on how to work with people one-to-one with the tool.
