Our speaker, Creina Schneier is one of the most experienced members of the Thinking Environment Global Faculty®. Creina will introduce us to a way of ‘being together’ that promotes a sense of safety, vulnerability and creativity in the workplace. Key to the creation of this optimal thinking environment, is the ability to pay attention, in a way that ignites people’s thinking. The Time To Think approach creates an environment in which people feel they matter, in a way which enhances learning and creativity are builds a real sense of connection. The Time To Thin approach can be applied in the context of coaching, people management and psychological safety building.
About our speaker
As a member of the Global Faculty of the Thinking Environment®, Creina maintains an active interest in the development of this body of work as she continues to bring it to teams in South Africa and internationally. It is this modality that subtly informs how she facilitates team engagements so they become more ‘clear thinking’, energising, and inclusive experiences. Application of the Time to Think approach invites independent, robust, generative thinking to aid decision making, problem solving and stakeholder engagement. Creina teaches on the Executive Education programmes at numerous business schools and has provided academic supervision to MBA and MPhil students. She also teaches coaches and facilitators in how to bring Thinking Environments to their contexts.
