Just completed the first RQi™ Master Practitioner course in Africa, with Shine Global (https://www.shine.global), an exceptional people consultancy. One of the most impressive group of consultants/coaches I've ever had the honour of working with. The RQi™ Master Practitioner course is the level 2 training for people who want to use the RQi™resilience psychometric with their clients.
In the Master Practitioner course, participants develop the knowledge and skills to use the RQi Team Report™ and deliver a series of group workshops on resilience and wellbeing (desiged by Kirros) with their clients.
